Leadership is the ability to lead a bunch of people to achieve a specific target or goal. Leadership is a job to strive with team members and to gain success with teamwork. Leadership has several definitions but the real thing is How to build leadership capacity? Leaders have some qualities which make them successful, they should be confident, supporter, helpful, strong-minded, knowledgeable etc. 

Leaders also have the ability to influence others or their followers. A leader should have a strong vision or goal. In becoming a successful leader, Vision is an important factor. A leader should have the guts to motivate others through their own actions. A leader cannot be a self-centred person, should work and participate with team members.

Leaders character and behaviour matters a lot for team members and to proceed with teamwork smoothly. Leaders should appreciate their team and accept their mistakes. Leaders have the ability to impress their followers through good actions. Team members also cooperate with their leaders to strive smoothly while achieving goals. Whenever leaders cross their limits or take actions above their power they will never ever achieve anything.

The journey has contained many hurdles but a strong team can break them and turned their journey on a successful road.  

A leader should help their team members in achieving the vision. Leaders have to be a person who serves and connects with their members. A team leader never should be an obsessed person that he/she ignored the needs of their teammates.

Leaders should always discuss goals and vision with their team. Build confident of team members by trusting their thoughts and ideas. Again communication and trust are key factors. "Trust is the foundation of Leadership."
